What are the candles made from?
The candles are made from EcoSystem Rapeseed & Coconut (RCX) a natural wax blend to ensure the best scent throw possible whilst keeping carbon emissions to a minimum and is made from rapeseed oil and coconut oil and nothing else. It is completely free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives and Vegan Friendly and Cruelty free.The fragrance oils are all UK cosmetic graded. Each candle is hand poured and the finishing touch is a cotton wick which is centred by hand - no easy task I  assure you!


What is an  ideal length of time that I should burn my candle?
I recommend letting it burn for no more than 3-4 hours at a time due to the temperature that the wax and glass will reach, this will also help the wick. This is purely from a safety point of view.


How can I make my candle last longer?
The key to extending the life of your candle is to trim the wick. The more wick that is exposed the bigger the burn pool (the amount of liquid candle produced) and in turn the more wax will be burnt. Simply keeping your wick trimmed before lighting will give you extra hours of enjoyment. See our Candle Care page for more information.


Are your products pet friendly ?
I use synthetic oils to fragrance my  products. Generally speaking, it's essential oils you need to look out for when considering the health and safety of your pets. You should familiarise yourself with the kinds of chemicals that are toxic to different kinds of pets and check this against the labels of any products you use around them. My own pets have never suffered from any ill effects after the use of our products around them and neither have I been made aware of any such scenario from any of my  customers. However, animals can develop an allergic reaction to anything, even in small amounts, just as we humans can. If your pet has a known sensitivity to perfumed products, I would advise against using them whether made from essential oils or synthetic oils. It's always best to consult with your vet if in doubt.


Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently I do not at the moment but please watch this space.
What is your delivery time
Your order will be posted within 2-3 days of receipt,  via first class - Royal Mail with a signature 


How do your products get packaged ?
I package each order/product by hand, all are beautifully presented by using either organza bags, card boxes, card tubes, velvet bags,  tins, leopard tissue paper etc and all orders receive a complimentary Bee wax melt, with a care card and voucher code. the box is then taped with logo branding and when you receive and open the box you will SMILE !!!!


Are your products CLP Compliant !
yes they are the details are shown on each product page, and all products are sold with full CLP labelling and instructions for use. Any questions, or any other information please just ask I'm always happy to help
