SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All By Julie Home Fragrance orders are carefully prepared and beautifully packaged by me in my Gosforth workshop.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service at £5.95.

I aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Local Collection

Free collection is also available. When placing your order, please use the order notes to tell me whether you would prefer to collect from Killingworth Makers Market or the Whitley Bay shop. I’ll contact you to confirm when your order is ready and the collection details.
